Job rotation

Mutual respect is strengthened by conscious job rotation between the various departments. During the internal musical chairs, offices are replaced by production areas and vice versa, with all the new challenges and tasks that often broaden your horizons. The results are pooled at the end and presented as well as discussed in the group. An experience that not only has a positive effect on cohesion and corporate culture, but also often goes hand in hand with real suggestions for improvement.
