The rented village

A village transformed into a home: over 1,000 employees from around the world came together in Grainau, united by a shared vision. The first evening featured a traditional outdoor celebration in the valley, set against the backdrop of the majestic Alps, with fire, music, and a true sense of belonging. During the day, more than 20 activity programmes offered something for everyone – from sporty mountain hikes, e-bike tours and climbing courses to creative workshops, regional crafts and cultural discoveries. The second evening was a dazzling finale on the Zugspitze, with international cuisine, vibrant dance floors and spine-tingling moments above the clouds. An experience that creates lasting and meaningful connections.
