Rainer Petek is an extreme mountaineer, organisational developer and keynote speaker. At the age of 19, he climbed the north face of the Grandes Jorasses - one of the most difficult walls in the Alps. Today, as a ‘mountain guide for the entrepreneurial north face’, he accompanies companies through complex change processes.

With his ‘North Face Principle’, he shows how managers and teams can turn uncertainty into opportunity. His presentations combine impressive images from the vertical with practical impulses for leadership, change and innovation.
